With more than fifteen years of combined research and evaluation experience, I am passionate about supporting organizations with evaluation theory and cutting-edge practices in learning and evaluation. As a Senior Associate at Innovation Network, I collaborate with a dedicated team and board to design and manage client engagements, facilitate organizational learning, and deliver impactful data visualizations and reports.My core competencies include research and evaluation methodology, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting, as well as building collaborative relationships at all organizational levels. I have a preference for public health initiatives, as evidenced by my Master of Public Health degrees in Exercise Physiology and Physical Activity and Public Health, and my previous work in clinical research and health promotion.
