CurrentI collaborate with a dedicated team and board to support philanthropic organizations with evaluation theory and cutting-edge practices in learning and evaluation. One of my key responsibilities is leading the design and management of client engagements. Overall tasks include: • Nurturing client relationships, overseeing multiple evaluations from inception to completion.• Facilitating organizational learning.• Developing robust project plans encompassing theories of change, evaluation plans, and data collection methods. • Conducting comprehensive analyses of both quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, and skillfully draft reports and deliverables while creating impactful data visualizations.• Contributing to the organizational development of Innovation Network by supporting our work to align our practices with social justice and equity. • Supporting the strategic priorities of Innovation Network.• Fostering a culture collaborative, innovation, and learning.• Supporting other team members through insightful thought partnership. • Contributing to the field of evaluation through my involvement in research and writing project, facilitation discussions, engaging in public speaking engagements, and participating in the design of agendas, webinars, meetings, and learning sessions for our partners and clients. • Actively supporting ongoing business development efforts. • Building external relationships and leading the development of portfolios to generate new business for the organizations.
