Service customer accounts includes performing accurate input of automobile data in an efficient manner, taking photographs (including “staging” as required); verifying customer is properly loaded into devices; correct window sticker design and format; and printing and applying, as required, window stickers and buyer’s guides.

Responsible for helping customers manage inventory and maximize online marketing efforts, achieve revenue growth and/or number of vehicles services, transfer/upload collected vehicle information, Maintain existing customer relationships, promote and cross-sell other CDM products and services.
