I have worked for the Boys & Girls Clubs movement for over 20 years. I find deep fulfillment in working with others to bridge the gap for youth and families in need. Once upon a time I was one of these kiddos.Continuous growth is tremendously important to the success of an organization. Growth in the number of youth we serve, professional development, growth of our resources, staffing, facilities, and revenue. I have championed growth at BGCTC for many years in all of these areas. Twenty plus years in non-profit has taught me that relationships at all levels, matter. I love our work and feel blessed to do my part in advancing it.
