Establish a strong foundation of trust through professional open and honest communication. Adaptable communication styles to meet the needs of each individual customer. Analyze and identify customer needs to achieve the highest level of satisfaction. Facilitate internal communications regarding customers requests and present any immediate concerns to customer with achievable options. Acknowledge customer complaints, inform appropriate department of customers dissatisfaction, and ensure customer is included in the resolution process. Initiate, update, and closely manage customer account requirements. Throughly and accurately document all relevant information during the ordering process, along with any additional interactions with a customer outside of the normal routine. Organize and store all documents related to customer orders, shipments, invoicing, and accounts.

Analyze data collected from each manufacturing job. Identify issues and track trends. Train operators how to properly record time ran, material used, and product produced. Inventory partial product boxes. Inventory raw material to solve a material discrepancy. Process new hired employees, pre-employment drug screen, help employee fill out paperwork, and set up their access to the building. Process payroll weekly for permanent employees and send hours reported to staffing agency employees.
