This information is the basis for the preparation of all drilling invoices in a prompt and accurate mannerMaintain all well files, historical and well data informationVerify all third-party charges and make required copies to be billed. Analyze these charges to the drilling contract and prepare third party invoices in a timely mannerDistribute prepared invoices to Clients, and appropriate department and files.Liaison with Accounting Departments and provide customer supportPrepare all month-end revenue accruals on a timely manner and distribute to accounting.Complete all month end reports as required.Submit prepared invoices through electronic internet based system to appropriate customers.
