I have been a team leader in Trade Marks for the past 18 years, and have moved from leading an examination team, to Team Leader of a support section in the Hearings and Opposition area, to leading a number of trainee teams within our Training Hub for 4 years, before returning to lead an exam team a couple of years ago. I have a strong involvement in many of our corporate D&I Networks, and I am the PRIDE Network Chair and co-chair of the Gender Network. I firmly believe in the importance of Inclusion in the workplace, and am proud of the ongoing work that we are doing in IPA to develop and promote our diverse and inclusive workplace, and to make sure IP Australia is a safe place where people can bring their whole, authentic selves to work.
