Supervise accounting and finance activities, deposit operations, loan operations, human resources and IT function for a growing community bank. Responsible for asset liability management, management of investment portfolio, regulatory reporting and supervision of staff of 12 in the above areas.The Guernsey Bank was acquired by First Financial Bank, N.A. in August 2014, with completion of the transition in February 2015.

Maintain daily operation of the accounting department for community bank with 10 locations, including supervision of Accounts Payable/Purchasing position. Review all general ledger entries and balances for accuracy daily. Prepare and/or supervise daily, weekly, or monthly balancing of general ledger accounts, correspondant bank accounts and internal checking accounts. Prepare regulatory reports for bank and bank holding company (including Call Report, FRY-9C, FRY-9LP, FRY-8, FRY-6, FR 2644, FR 2900, and Summary of Deposits). Maintain holding company books and prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements.Prepare internal management reports for multiple branches and regions. Maintain investment portfolio accounting system.

Work closely with financial analysts serving high net worth clients to produce detailed financial performance reports.Programs used on a daily basis include Access, Excel and PageMaker.
