As an integral member of the Executive Team, this role collaborates with the Executive Team on Cooperative-wide strategic planning and implementation. The CXO is charged with understanding and advocating for our members' needs, ensuring they receive the utmost value from our products and services. This position is crucial for aligning departmental goals with the Cooperative's broader objectives, nurturing a culture of ongoing improvement and a focus on customer-driven innovation. The CXO also plays a crucial role in the development of Cooperative-wide leadership competencies, ensuring that every aspect of member engagement – from implementation, onboarding and consulting to education and support – is executed with excellence and aligned with our overarching goals. Previous positions held within agency include Product Support & Services Director (2017-2024), Student Services Director (2011-2017), Student Services Manager (2007-2011) and Business Analyst (2000-2007).
