Duties Includes:Conducting pre-walks on single family homes making sure they are in compliance with HUD HQS standards for South Atlanta, South East Atlanta and North East Atlanta Regions.Creating work orders in Yardi for estimates on BIDS for repairs from Vendors for approval.Conducting final walks on homes after repairs has been completed to make sure all repairs was completed to standards.Conducting walks on occupied homes and completing work orders for repairs necessary for Annual and special inspections.Completing TurnKey walks on homes for both Housing (Section 8) and Market clients.Completing move-in and move-out inspections on homes for both Housing (Section 8) and Market clients.Trained on submitting RTA’s on behalf of Housing resident to Housing Authorities (Marietta Housing, Dekalb Housing, Jonesboro Housing and Department of Community Affairs).Trained on creating leases and coordinating move in for residents.Communicating with residents, Housing Authority inspectors and caseworkers all the way through the residents move in.Scheduling all inspection with the housing authorities.
