Responsible for route planning deliveries of all our products direct from our factory to the customer nationwide. Dealing with all transport related queries. Vehicle and driver management.Compliance.

• Liaising with customers regarding their accounts.• Raising and sending sales invoices, purchase requisitions, payment queries, receipting invoices, arranging payment of subcontractor invoices.• Managing the Rope Access Training School bookings, card/telephone payments and certification, IRATA audits, and quarterly returns to maintain our certification.• Booking travel and accommodation, arranging transport for site, printing physical job packs/RAMS documentation.• Ordering stationary/PPE, arranging deliveries.• Managing and submitting timesheets to Payroll and dealing with any queries arising.

• Responsible for managing client accounts.• Processing tasks on a daily basis including liaising with clients and processing inbound and outbound transactions.• Dealing with queries on the telephone and via email in a timely and effective manner.• Prioritising daily work load to ensure all tasks are carried out.• Obtaining quotes and booking transport as per client’s requests and being responsible for managing end to end deliveries.• Using inhouse systems confidently as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.• Diary management and booking supplier deliveries.• Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure all deliveries and stock is booked in accurately.

• Supervising and supporting a team of carers. Carrying out quarterly performance reviews, annual appraisals and spot check supervisions. Identifying and implementing further training needs where necessary.• Responsible for carrying out return-to-work interviews and disciplinary reviews.• Managing service reviews and quality assurances with clients and their families.• Proactively handling any enquiries or issues that arise and dealing with these in a timely and effective manner.• Providing ongoing support to the office team, carers, clients and family members.• Maintaining a comprehensive and fully documented electronic / paper-based record system.• Successfully dealing with telephone and email enquiries.• Liaising with outside health care professionals and organisations.• Carrying out new client meetings and promoting all relevant services.• Monthly reporting of KPI’s, being responsible for carrying out all diarised appointments and updating all associated records and reports.

• Assisting in managing the planning and coordination of freight movement.• Providing quotes and booking transport to meet the customer’s needs, whilst providing end to end updates.• Smooth and efficient liaising between customers, other staff members and industry professionals.• Collecting and analysing feedback from customers and drivers.• Meeting tight deadlines successfully whilst working under pressure.• The effective use of various content management systems and Microsoft Windows.• Contacting potential customers via telephone and email to promote the business and successfully grow the customer base.
