Based on product requirements, visited a few suppliers covered from Electronics, connectors to stamping, machining, paraffin wax casting and injection molding. 4. Follow up CAD 8D report, record and track SCAR status, Issue date, description, behind of schedule notice, open or close status, any communications involved internally and externally, close SCAR with agreements for both sides. Support issue solving and containment actions5. Organized weekly meeting with engineers and quality managers in both China and US, have project owner reporting status and critical quality issues that need support;Take meeting notes, action items. Delivered integrated project status summary and specific action items for each person, follow up and close items before meeting.6. Created quality documents submission flow chart via Autodesk PLM, updated FAI templates with new macro in Excel.7. Worked on a sustaining projects, an assembly part that BOM of 4 sub-assemblies including EPDM foam, stainless steel clip and aluminum extrusion bars. Reviewed drawing and give feedback, verified the first article inspection report, checked and confirmed parts dimensions, material and packaging are meet our requirement. 1. Perform data retrieval and manipulation using SQL data queries to analyze PV Installations for product failures based on request from technical engineers or SQE; 2. Worked more than 20 projects that related to supplier product caused failure such as inverter error codes, module reliability, battery failure etc. and the balance of system failure such as conduit and connector loose caused water intrusion and fuse blown issues.Main Projects:Inverter FMEA—Error Codes Occur Frequency & Patterns• Integrated error types from different inverter supplier, sort the defect types into a Pareto of the highest to lowest frequency by Component /By area /By Install team /By Failure mode.• Organized weekly meeting with managers in O&M, field service team, install quality and technical operation teams to report updated inverter issues, and collected feedback for next level analysis.Module Reliability -- PVEL Testing Data Screening• PVEL is a third party for solar module performance test including LID (Light Induced Degration) Testing, DML (Dynamic Mechanical Load Test), TC (Thermal Cycling) , etc. compared to Nameplate.• Screening and visualized test data by module suppliers, models and batches for any risk of failure, support engineers to enforce supplier improvement plans, review preliminary report and give comments.

1. Run vendor overdue report, expediting, de-expediting and update the internal database. 2. Confirmed weekly submitted orders, contact vendors about any PO change, reconcile order discrepancies. Track purchase orders to make sure they are on schedule, proactively working with vendors and internal departments to identify and resolve problems.3. Streamline and cleaned customer database on Saleslogix, define accounts’ industry segments, did market analysis.4. 1. Assisted professor Steven. Taylor promote the Open Access journal -- Organizational Aesthetic. 2. Market Research: - Did research on peer journals including webpage design, topics and volume; - Collected and analyzed data of the journal registers using SPSS & Excel, made customer segmentation, designed email campaign towards different segments - Contacting database vendors, libraries to having the journal collected.3. Designed two web pages (FAQ and Community Links) for the journal using HTML and CSS.4. Qualitative research on leadership projects, watches hundreds personal topic videos and clustered similar personality by key words and set categories.5. Did research on self-publishing process which focusing on online publishing and POD, trying to help self publish Book “You’re a Genius：Mastering the Craft of Reflective Practice”. 6. Familiar with Amazon KDP Select and CreateSpace from an authors’ viewpoint and recommend Amazon service in the end.7. Used weighted scoring benchmark the current online publishers based on different criteria. 8. Working with the library on Open Access Week http://www.openaccessweek.org/ and online journal profiled in WPI blog and newsletter, joined the panel regarding access scholarship and publishing.
