As a Jr. Technician I am responsible for learning the roles and duties of the Sr. Technician’s. A Jr. Technician is guided by Sr. Technicians to properly handle customer service calls appropriately. A Jr. Technician also trains in file building and checking, welcome kits, returns, and deployment. A Jr. Technician is responsible for a small group of banks and is paired with an Account Executive to complete customer service and troubleshooting calls for their banks and new accounts. A Jr. Technician focuses on customer service and training calls. A Jr. Technician is trained on managing work load throughout the day and week and trained on how to properly download and train merchants on all equipment. Duties:· Learn to download and train merchants on the use of all equipment and software.· Learn to check file builds and build PES file builds · Learn how to properly assemble a welcome kit for new and reprogram equipment· Learn to properly distribute personal work load· Learn to receive, test, clean, and refurbish returned equipment· Learn to provide quality customer service to banks and merchants

I would see clients in crisis in the ER, jails and homes when they were suicidal and decide on placement to a hospital or a safety plan.

I actively listened and talked to all hourly employees and managers of all of the Cracker Barrels on the phone from all of the Cracker Barrel stores when they felt harassed, discriminated against or wrongfully termed and assigned to the DM, Field HR or an Employee Relations Specialist for investigation.

I did group and individual counseling with patients who were there for a 30 day or less recovery.
