About Shelly Moss
I love leading teams and having worked in a number of large brokers so working from an insurance perspective has been different but exciting. YuLife fits snug around my whole management style – putting people at the centre of everything, focusing on the individual and not the corporate expectation, enjoying life and work. My Dad always taught me to treat each day as if it is your first day in the job – these days I don’t even have to pretend. I am annoyingly optimistic and enthusiastic and these days I don’t have to dial it down.When I started in employee benefits a few decades ago I would never have imagined I would still be in the industry. In fact, up until 2021 I wasn’t! I had relocated to Cornwall in 2018 and, due to a lack of broadband, I came out of the industry and started a (now successful) decluttering and organising business. Being the amazing salesperson and leader he is, Keith Bale told me of this new and exciting company he was working with and his passion was infectious. My company was at the stage it could be left in other capable hands day to day, we had better broadband than most cities, so I had to see what the fuss was all about. Best. Decision. Ever. I am excited to be part of our ever-growing family at YuLife.
