I have been at the Graduate School of Professional Psychology for 19 years, and am fortunate to have found such an interesting, warm home for my professional life. The combination of teaching, administrative work, and clinical work provides the best of all worlds for me. I have been able to maintain a small private practice with an emphasis on couples, families, relationship issues, and gender issues. My clinical work keeps my teaching fresh, and the academic environment provides a rich and helpful perspective on the cases I'm seeing. I'm especially grateful for the relationships that I have with students and colleagues, which provide support, energy, and just the right level of challenge.
