Prior to beginning her impressive run in the fashion industry, Rachelle served as the Executive Director for Israel at Nobel Peace Laureate Elie Wiesel's Foundation for Humanity. Rachelle established the Israel division for the Foundation which included building and coordinating educational centers all over the country that serviced new immigrants. Rachelle directly oversaw a multimillion dollar annual budget and was in direct negotiations with national ministries and public officials to ensure educational guidelines and secure funding. Rachelle passion and dedication to the center helped increase enrollment by 120% over four years and helped raise one million dollars in donations and contributions from individual, government and corporate sponsors.
