● Update company EHS policy to make it effective to daily business and incompliance with government request.● Conduct chemical change management and maintenance, including updating SDS and monitoring the working environment.● Plan and delivery EHS training.● Prepare and communicate monthly project EHS statistical and management reports and highlight trends for devising safety improvement plans.● Implement Risk Management - Aspect/Impact, Hazard/Risk Assessment and Permit-To-Work.● Approve vendor's qualifications and permit-to-work in addition to auditing workplace safety.

‧ Being responsible for EHS management for the site to comply with legal requirements and company policies/standards/guidelines.‧ Communicate and assist each department to investigate and monitor incidents, accidents, injuries, and complaints concerning hazards or uncomfortable conditions in the workplace and provide corrective action plans.‧ Lead site regulation review, toxic chemical substance management and participate in the networks / meetings / emergency response and external inspection for the site.‧ Assist ISO related certification work.‧ Investigation and statistical analysis for occupational injury.‧ Educate and train all employees and vendors on safety and hygiene functions to have them equipped with safety mindset and be able to understand and comply with safety regulations and laws, and the organization's safety policies and standards.
