Manage the Retail Solutions Team. Responsible for project management and execution of strategic retail solutions in support of our category development team.Provide a high level of service, scheduling meetings, and educating clients on ECRM’s business solutions and product offerings. Work closely with several internal departments to ensure a high level of satisfaction with clients and a positive event experience. ▪ Manage, train, educate and support employees throughout the year▪ Coordinate and execute Summits with large numbers of buyers and sellers from start to finish▪ Hold weekly webinars to train vendors on ECRM virtual meeting process▪ Work with retail team members to assist in coordination and execution of retail best practices at ECRM Programs and Retailer Reviews▪ Coordinate with necessary departments including hospitality, finance, and logistics regarding retailer best practices and review needs▪ Oversee EESRs as project and account manager to ensure process is executed completely and correctly including scheduling and meeting preparation for approved suppliers/brokers.▪ Educate clients on value, benefit, policies and procedures of all business processes and solutions▪ Assist on special projects and new processes as needed throughout the year▪ Initiate and support change toward continuous improvement ▪ Communicate timely and effectively to customers throughout process to ensure satisfaction▪ Serve as liaison between the retail development category team and the supplier sales team to communicate necessary information on Reviews. Educate clients on potential future ECRM programs that would be valuable for their growth. ▪ Regularly communicate status of retail review to team, senior directors, and category VP ▪ Attend retail visits, ECRM Programs, Retail Reviews or other trade events where needed▪ Work directly with hotel contact on needs and set up details
