In June 2020, Career Education programs, staff, and faculty were realigned under my division. These include staff, an associate dean, and multiple Career Education programs. It also includes multiple grants and oversight of the Garden Grove campus.

Key accomplishments:• Lead of the Division of Innovative Learning which includes classified staff members and a Director• Oversight of all Online and Distance Learning courses, which comprise 80% of Coastline courses. • Lead the transition to remote /online learning for Coastline face-to-face programs (due to COVID-19)• Oversight of Virtual Library, Education/Teach3 program, Faculty Center• Supported Pathways implementation efforts & Faculty Pathways Coordinator• Lead College-wide Professional Development including support for all college FLEX days and faculty Flex Coordinator• Designed and led Leaders Innovating Together for Tomorrow (LITT) year long training for faculty, staff, and managers• Facilitated equity, diversity and inclusion workshops• Oversight multi-million dollar budget and serve on College Budget Committee• Oversight of Education for Students while incarcerated program
