Current• Executive Assistant• Manage and prioritize executive schedules to ensure that the time is focused on critical, strategic issues.• Coordinate communications, track and follow up on multiple daily requests, and identify those of importance that require immediate attention.• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.• Created a more efficient workspace by proactively anticipating executive needs.• Organized Executive and Board of Director Meetings, including travel, event space, dining, and entertainment.• Serve as internal liaison with marketing team on event registrations, trade show purchases and travel arrangements.• Work closely with CFO and controller for Board approval of ESOP, Completion of the ESOP process by ensuring the ESOP is properly entered into Equity Management system, and properly communicated of to the employee.• Partner with Building Management for suite maintenance request, parking regulation and building/suite access.• Perform a variety of accounting activities, • Process bi-weekly expense reports for all employees• correspondence to multiple AR emails within 24 hours• Verify billing accounts with accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.• Track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures including weekly remote bank deposit.• Facilitate swift payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and making collection calls on outstanding accounts.• Ensure and maintain the confidentiality of all communications and documentation.
