Plan, manage, secure key sponsorships and activate all 4 MJS signature events: Wine & Dine Wisconsin, Top Workplaces, Summerfest Land the Big Gig & The MJS Sports Show. Manage internal activation team and outside vendors to produce successful marketing promotions and initiatives. Coordinate all contract activation, ensuring clients’ and event sponsors’.

Manage a panel with an average of over $7 million in annual advertising revenue comprised of key accounts in the entertainment, travel and education categories. Strategically develop advertising proposals and negotiate contracts. Work collaboratively with a team to develop promotional programs to maximize sales results.

Manage a team of 6 account executives with an average of over $2.5 million in annual advertising revenue comprised of various retail accounts. Work closely with each AE daily to evaluate, coach and perfect sales strategies and techniques. Foster positive and trusted environment, resulting in consistently exceeded sales goals.

Lead a team of four inside sales representatives to grow internal and external relationships, increase revenue, exceed sales goals and maximize our clients’ advertising results. Work with a combined panel of over 700 accounts to develop long-range strategic plans and build strong client relationships.

Work directly with a panel of over 50 clients and their agencies to achieve marketing goals, participate in sales promotions and maximize advertising results. Develop extensive client relationships through outside sales consultations with print, direct marketing and digital advertising customers.

Support sales management and a team of account executives with inside sales, client service, appointment-setting and detailed special projects. Cross-train in all areas of the sales teams’ functions to insure the highest level of customer service and internal efficiency.

Account CoordinatorSupport an executive team with all day-to-day account maintenance and project coordination. Assist in managing more than 10 agency accounts ranging in industry from tourism to business-to-business to retail.
