Partnering with individuals and organizations to increase efficacy and saliency of programs, through human-centered research, program design, impact evaluation, and strategic planning.Recent projects include:Jesuit Worldwide Learning, Jesuit Refugee Services 2017• Collected market-intelligence and designed community-driven methodology to evaluate the social impact of online higher education program for refugees awaiting resettlement/repatriation• Carried out data collection phase in Dzaleka Refugee Camp, Malawi consisting of facilitating focus groups, conducting in person interviews, and observational research • Employed Dedoose software to analyze qualitative and mixed-methods research Stanford Social Innovation Review Publication – “Creating Breakout Innovation” 2017• Researched, identified, and interviewed 30 breakout innovators for Stanford University's Center for Global Projects study on community-centered design projects and other investments for social impact • Co-created evaluation tool with Stanford Global Programs Fellows to determine best practices for human-centered social innovation• Conducted M+E methodologies that informed final article published in Stanford Social Innovation Review
