Business Analyst
Current- The Business Analyst supports a team of Technical Account Managers and Developers by capturing business requirements for custom web sites and by being a liaison between the customer and the web site developers.
- Engage in discovery with clients to capture functional requirements and write detailed business rules documents including data schemas for API’s, crosswalks to direct developers, and charts and diagrams to define.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to create test plans for site functionality, product functionality, and perform UAT and regression testing.
- Developed documentation templates and standards for business rule documentation, asset requirements, and designing for WCAG accessibility.
- Researched, selected, and implemented a customer service application that is used for all customer accounts serving over 200,000 users.
- Wrote training manuals and recorded videos for internal and external stakeholders including clients, end users, and internal staff.
