I am responsible for coaching, training, and motivating my team to achieve their sales and recruitment goals, while also delivering exceptional customer service and education. I am a Level 2 WSET Wine Certified Specialist, which allows me to share my knowledge and passion for clean-crafted wine with my customers and team members.Before joining Scout & Cellar, I worked as a dental hygienist for 23 years, where I honed my communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. I decided to pursue a career in the wine industry as a way to create another stream of income and to fulfill my personal and professional aspirations. I love to mentor and empower other entrepreneurs, especially dental professionals, who are looking for a plan B or a way to escape the stress and limitations of their current profession.
