Many highly intelligent and successful adults are being identified as ADHDers and AuDHDers, and this new awareness can be life-changing in a very positive way. Maybe you’re one of them, suspect you might be, struggle with similar executive function challenges, or are a manager or HR partner of one. Welcome! As a late-identified Neurodivergent adult or undiagnosed professional struggling with things others seem to find “easy,” you can finally learn to embrace your unique strengths, understand your challenges without moral judgment, develop new skills to work with your brain, and create a life that is more fulfilling - personally and professionally. My name is Shelly and I am a late-identified ADHDer, professional ADHD, AuDHD and leadership coach, and I have over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership coaching, disability programs, and athletics. I have been certified by the ADD Coach Academy and have over 45 years of lived experience as a Neurodivergent woman. I provide 1:1 ADHD, AuDHD, leadership, and executive coaching. I provide organizational-sponsored coaching to employees at all levels. Not all clients are ADHD or AuDHD. I also provide Neurodiversity training and HR consulting to businesses. Today, I am grateful to be able to say that I love my career, being an entrepreneur, and my Neuro-fascinating brain but it hasn’t always been this way. Despite earning an Ivy League degree over 20 years ago and having several successes and failures since, I lacked the identity, language, awareness, support, and confidence to show up as my authentic self. These held me back from fulfilling my potential and I am on a mission to support others in fulfilling theirs - with a focus on strengths, self-awareness, skill development, and well-being. The next-level accomplishments and high productivity follow.
