- Leader of high-performing, five-state team of 900 employees providing post-acute brain injury rehabilitation services. - Responsible for $65M in annual revenue. During tenure, this grew from an original $15M budget. - Led expansion of healthcare services for the NeuroRestorative business unit throughout the Northeast Region- to include services provided in all settings (inpatient, outpatient, community based, and via telehealth). - In response to COVID-19 pandemic, swiftly, and successfully led a transformation process from an outpatient clinic model to a telehealth service model for the Northeast Region.

Including product development, policy writing, training of staff, and implementation. Prior to that, led file review team responsible for oversight of medical records.- Proven success in recruiting and retaining a diverse staffing base.
