I am currently a Senior Project Manager within the Project Operations team at Xcenda. . In this role, I serve as the primary contact for internal and client team members, providing support on engagements including software development projects, budget impact and cost-effectiveness models, medical writing, sales aides, and retrospective chart review studies. My responsibilities include proposal and budget development, contract review, project staffing, work plan development, timeline and budget management, meeting organization, invoicing, and coordination of quality control reviews.
