​I have been putting sustainability into practice since founding my company in 1999. Starting out as a bookkeeper on the first version of QuickBooks® and becoming a Training and Troubleshooting Expert I became Xero certified in 2015 and since then my practice is Xero-focused. I get Xero set-up done right, leveraging everything Xero has to offer to improve business processes and speed cash flow, all the while working to improve sustainability. Because I practice environmental and social equity and it’s important to me that the businesses I work with have environmentally sustainable business practices and that they treat their employees in a way that promotes dignity and equity. Like myself, my clients value independence in their work, deliver high-quality in their business, and believe that the work they do adds value to the world. I love teaching and developing communities of users who are working to increase their understanding of accounting software and sustainability.
