- Liaising and working closely with the users at Bukalapak to establish the specifications and qualifications they are looking for from potential candidates- Independently conducting sourcing process utilizing online and offline portals of Bukalapak to attract potential candidates - Collaboratively working within the Talent Acquisition team on daily basis to make sure the core values of Bukalapak are delivered in our day to day actions as the frontliners and first impression makers of the company- Screening and filtering the potential candidates based on the discussion with users at Bukalapak- Performing in timely manner and making sure the potential candidates meet users’ expectation at Bukalapak- Managing candidates journey through all the process from sourcing up to onboarding stage at Bukalapak
