• Calendar management, including setting up tasks and reminders, recurring events, meetings with multiple parties, clients and vendors• Respond to requests via calls or emails• Manage all project, management, ownership and other electronic documentation• Manage consulting projects documentation (hardcopy and electronic)• Manage the documentation of all owned real estate assets including bill payment and documentation for tax purposes• Provide transcription service for homeowners associations and/or other boards or associations• Manage, record and file legal and other documentation associated with LLCs• Assist with preparation of presentation/marketing materials• Work with staff to coordinate and launch hard copy or email campaigns to consultants, clients and potential clients • Manage and maintain office equipment and order supplies• Review and summarize reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner • Pay all invoices, process all billings to clients, tenants and others, maintaining accurate and timely financial records• Arrange travel schedule and reservations
