Responsible for conceptualizing and driving Singapore’s engagement efforts with Singaporeans and friends in North-East Asia, with the objective of building the mindshare of Singapore and keeping overseas Singaporeans connected to home. As a one-woman outfit based in Shanghai, I led ops, marketing and stakeholder management for our engagement events, including the signature Singapore Speakers Series featuring business luminaries, and large-scale community events in our key markets of Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. The highlight of my overseas posting was Singapore Day 2019, where I was responsible for in-city marketing, stakeholder and VIP management, culminating in an event attended by more than 3,500 participants.
