Responsibilities: In charge of joint URCS-ICRC programs implementation. Direct management and coordination of structural divisions of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society:- Department of organizational development: implementation of organizational development strategy, coordination of local organizations, HR policies, volunteer management.- Department of Communications: work on mediacoverage, cooperation with the media, preparation and printing of Visnyk magazine, cooperation with ICRC and IFCR on coverage of activities in Ukraine, dissemination of knowledge about IHL, protection of the Red Cross emblem (fighting with misuse of the Emblem), project on dissemination of knowledge about mine danger, development of youth work information centers.- Department of Cooperation and International Relations: cooperation with organizations within the International Movement, cooperation with public authorities, ensuring the participation of the URCS delegation in international events, organization of reception of delegations of international partners by the URCS, organization of partnership meetings, work with diplomatic missions. Organization of work of the sector of resource mobilization (fundraising, development and implementation of the concept of membership in the Society, issuance, implementation and accounting of charity tickets).- Department of First Aid Trainings: organization of training of the population in first aid skills on a free basis and with elements of ensuring financial stability.- HR unit. Development of HR policy and regulations, development of salary grid, development of the Performance appraisal system. Participation in the formation of the organization's budget, coordination of procurement, ensuring the renewal of material and technical base, management of the fleet of URCS. Coordination of legal team.Representation of the URCS at international meetings and events, as well as in different working groups under state authorities of Ukraine.
