Development of HR policy and regulations, development of salary grid, development of the Performance appraisal system. Participation in the formation of the organization's budget, coordination of procurement, ensuring the renewal of material and technical base, management of the fleet of URCS. Coordination of legal team.Representation of the URCS at international meetings and events, as well as in different working groups under state authorities of Ukraine.
