• In charge of the visibility of 55 stores throughout Israel • Issuing weekly instructions for store positioning, in coordination with Commercial Department• Styling the Chain’s stores – instructing the stores on clothing the mannequins within the store and in the display windows• Designing displays and display windows from concept to actual realization• Devising seasonal display plans in coordination with Development and Planning Departments• VM training for regional and chain managers, on-site training/conferences• Planning commercial spaces of new stores in accordance with architectural plans • Responsibility for the chain’s VM equipment – ordering equipment from around the world, attending the last EuroShop trade fair• On-site work with suppliers and professionals

• Day to day management of a designers team, and work with company HQ • Responsibility for setting up new branches – managing the set-up VM team• Constructing weekly work plans for the designers team per requirements of global HQ• Chosen to take part in an international set-up team, launching the first flagship store in Sydney, Australia
