Barclays bank (2019)In high school, I took part in a week's work experience at Barclays bank in manchester, where i shadowed members of staff and also interacted with customers to help them with any banking-related questions they may have had; during this time, I gained insight into how the day-to-day of a bank and the tasks which needed to be completed to run the bank and i also learned about how records such as statements are written and kept by the bankers to ensure that all data is up to date and accurate.manchester city(2022 to present)Currently, I work a part-time job at manchester city stadium as a member of the food service in hospitality. My tasks include serving food and beverages to customers on match days in concessions and bar service. This job has allowed me to gain skills such as clean communication with customers, especially those who may not speak great English, customer service, retail experience and basic kitchen experience
