This is the training that was organized by STES Group in collaboration with former WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (WDA) now Rwanda Technical and Vocational Education and Training Board (RTB) through Skills development fund(SDF) for a period 6 month. My responsibilities were to communicate with managers, trainers and other concerned departments to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.

This training program is a series of 9 training organized by GIZ in collaboration with STES GROUP which aims at training 315 participants (from January until May 2020)and democratizing IoT knowledge.
