To keep this an interesting read for those just browsing my profile, I will give you a quick overview of my entrepreneurial journey.My experience: Having started and scaled my marketing agency from the age of 18 while studying a BSc course at the University of Kent until graduating in July 2022 (now aged 22). The task of juggling two completely different paths of life - a university degree and a business, taught me immeasurable lessons, whether that be time management, organizational skills, or most importantly discipline. The people that say "I would start a business but I haven't got time," I beg to differ.My business journey over the years:My passion for business birthed a marketing agency - One that cost me thousands of hours consisting of failing, learning, testing, and developing systems. Embarking on this journey initially, I was fueled by the purpose of simply helping. My agency gave me the outlet to do that for businesses - help them achieve their financial goals at scale. Fast forward over 4 years after graduating in July 2022, the desire wasn't the same.So what changed? I craved the intimate experience of helping people on a personal basis achieve goals they never thought possible. Since July 2022, I dedicated the next 6 months to giving free value, helping struggling agency owners start and scale their own marketing agencies. I knew at this point, THAT is what I was called to do.We fast forward almost 5 years since starting my entrepreneurial journey, I am now able to be a beacon to so many students who were once in my position and give them the guidance and help I wish I once had.What does my present-day look like? At the latter end of 2022, I was able to build one of the most intimate, DFY programs for struggling agency owners that will help them start and scale an agency to $10,000 in less than 10 weeks or less...AgencyBlitz.Knowledge, strategies, and value given in this program were not built on my successes, but rather my failures. Specifically, the 1.5 years it took me to sign my first client. It's funny because none of my memories over the last 4.5 years of running a marketing agency has been the amount of money I made or the number of clients I signed, rather it was the initial year and a half it took me to catch my big break which turned out to be the catalyst for my success within the space. There's grace in the failures, don't overlook them.THAT is the story I want to be known by, the person who struggled and failed for 1.5 years so you can achieve in a matter of weeks, what I couldn't in 1.5 years.
