-Work in both the fields of Urban designing and Architecture in the firm.-Collaborate with Urban designers and Urban planners to produce Urban design reports for large scale residential projects which includes design diagrams, site analysis, feasibility report, shadow diagrams , massing strategies etc.-Work as a team with fellow senior architects on Construction Certificate (CC) drawings.-Help preparing Development Application (DA) package of various architectural projects.-Designing sales plans for various residential flats.-Worked on design and working drawings for a dual occupancy project’s CDC (Complying Development Certificate)-3D visualiser for rendering sales-marketing images.-Worked on a feasibility report for seniors housing and attended Pre-DA meeting for the same.-Regular site visits to observe various construction phases.
