Leadership Roles:-Motivating the team while working towards peak performance -Ensuring that sales reps are in a positive mental head space before stepping on the field and throughout the day as problems arise.-Generating action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of under-performing personnel.-Offering inspiration and training of internal sales personnel on how to attain business sales objective.-Assisting team managers to intensify sales via training on sales methods.-Working together with colleagues to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.-Providing sales reps with personal development material to assist with their personal and sales growth-Team building and recruiting Sales Responsibility -Conduct water test and ensuring that homeowners are informed about the quality of the water running throughout their homes-Conduct efficiency checks on consumers' current HVAC equipment, including furnaces and air conditioners-Providing homeowners with an affordable monthly program option allowing for utility savings to pay for a portion of their efficiency upgrades (often times paying for itself) alongside government incentives and rebates.-Ability to continuously develop and learn techniques, sale structures and communication skills-Advising consumers on use and care of merchandise and provide advice concerning specialised products or services-Ability to develop and learn techniques, sale structures and communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities -Assessed the needs and capabilities of individuals through fitness assessment procedures.-Advised individuals on the correct method and use of exercise machines and devices including weights.-Developed individual exercise programs for individuals based on age and fitness levels.-Provided instruction in a variety of fitness activities including non-gym related activities.-Motivated clients to work to his/her maximum and safe potential for the entire workout.-Assured all exercises are done with proper form and technique maximizing results.-Helped clients develop realistic, attainable goals and continually modifying training objectives.
