Confirming in the same time the check out date and time.Has full knowledge of any special promotion, all internal memos and activities.Make sure to be always present in the lobby and especially whenever there is a function in order to welcome, assist and direct guests.Attends to guest complaints and refers to the manager in charge.Sends birthday letters and e-mails to guest. First step: birthdays in house will receive a cake + juices. Second step: a report must be printed and then we send him/her a birthday letter.Escorts guests upon arrival and informs about hotel facilities and information.Doing In Room check in for VIPs.Responsible for room moves and makes necessary updates to profile and registration card.Handles show rooms and room inspections: prior to arrival (especially VIPs) & after the inspection of the housekeeping.
