1. Learning & Development* Conduct annual training needs analysis in Asia Pacific in either a physical classroom or virtual setting to meet business growth and individual development.* Implement training programs in China office site, including training invitation, expenses, training records, training feedback, etc. * Act as master administrator to manage training online system and registration system. Update course content by request.* Analyze training data and issue report, including attendance, evaluation, expense analysis.* Build up corporation with training vendors. 2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding* Provide full-cycle recruitment service to meet the hiring needs, including job posting, job launch panel meeting, sourcing and selection, interview arrangement and offer management until candidate gets onboard.* Attract candidates with a variety of recruitment methodologies, such as internal and external job posting, referral activities, direct saucing through job portals and social media.* Build up and maintain a positive relationship with hiring managers and candidates. * Expand campus recruitment channels, build connection with school teachers, and organize school-enterprise activities.* Support to build up WeChat recruitment channel. Prepare monthly job posting article and analyze internal referral data.3. New Employee Onboarding* Responsible for new employee onboarding in China office, including pre-employment physical check and background check. Optimize new employee orientation and physical check process.* Facilitate day 1 induction and quarterly new employee orientation. Coordinate speaker’s time from each BU, act as the lecturer of company and HR policy module. 4. Payroll * Responsible for monthly payroll data changes. Consolidate changing data, including onboard, exist, leave, salary changes, etc.

O In charge of Estee Lauder training projects which corporate with AMA. Organize and support the whole stage of training, including contact vendor to book training classroom, order lunch and tea break, closely communicate with HR in Estee Lauder to book the facilitator's time. Act as a facilitator to deliver the opening of a training. Summarize training evaluation and do payments after the training.O Responsible for training venue layout and training support during the training program; Quickly find a solution when facing an emergency.
