Kayes goal is to develop and coordinate a wide variety of artful imagery for companies, private clients, programs, and events. She and her photographers collaborate with clients in efforts to produce imagery to meet the needs of the Fine Art portraits, custom products, advertising campaigns, websites, print material, and/or digital material for various initiatives and targeted outcomes. * Creatively bent self-starter* Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple  projects simultaneously* Ability to meet weekly and monthly goals and deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment without losing sight of overall objective* Ability to complete projects in a highly collaborative, shared working environment as well as on solo projects.* Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams to ensure a cohesive goal is achievable* Skilled and passionate about product photography and editing in studio and on location.* Knowledge of how to clip out images with a wacom tool.* Experience as a photo assistant and lead photographer on set.* Digital tech experience (camera knowledge, lighting, designing, graphic layouts, etc.) * A perfectionist eye for detail and color accuracy.* Skilled in Lightroom, Photoshop, and file organization, Possess an understanding of color conversion, correction and photo manipulation* Proficient using Macintosh operating system* No personal ego; just passionate about building a brand.* Positive and upbeat attitude, high energy and the ability to develop and communicate ideas.* Experience with Editorial photography* 18+ years experience with product, portrait and event photography, lighting techniques, and Sony film/digital camera equipment
