Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence (TBI CoE) Curriculum development for the delivery and maintenance of classroom-based, blended, and virtual projects for military medical providers. Harnessed instructional design models like ADDIE for data analysis and initiation of concepts, revisions, and enhancements for current and new training products. Use Kirkpatrick’s model to evaluate training performance. Create documents to assess and identify project scope and monitor project life cycle, such as context analyses, storyboards, and project schedules. Present business case analyses, quantitative and qualitative data about learning products to core teams and senior leadership throughout their development to enhance the quality of the final learning and training product.
