A niche organization dedicated to reshaping and redefining the concepts of peace, safety, and security for girls and women. Our mission is to bridge the gap between global United Nations resolutions and sustainable development goals (SDGs), and the practical implementation of these principles in domestic, regional, state, and local education, health, and environmental programs and policies. We're committed to creating a world where the well-being and security of girls and women are at the forefront of all initiatives.

Driving impactful program execution for the 'She's Ready' initiative within the ReflectUS coalition, serving as the primary partner to She Should Run. We provide a personalized and highly supportive environment to empower women on their journey to participate in appointed or elected positions. Our focus is on creating a tangible impact for women seeking leadership roles, working closely with nine coalition partners to make this vision a reality.

As one of the pioneering team members, I played a pivotal role in the launch of Uniting for Democracy (U4D) in collaboration with Lead for America (LFA), an Americorps partner.U4D is a non-partisan initiative dedicated to fostering unity among residents across the United States. As a vital member of the Uniting for Action America program representing Tennessee within the dynamic five-person Food Group with representation from D.C., upstate NY, CA, and IL, made significant contributions during the fellowship.The team delved into the causes and consequences of food waste. Their insights provided understanding of potential solutions to combat food waste and redistribute surplus food to those facing food insecurity.Led a panel discussion and community networking event featuring Cooperation Humboldt (CA), Food Rescue US, The Gleaning Project (PA), and The Works Inc (TN).
