Success was highlighted in Microsoft Customer Stories: ‘First West Credit Union unifies and speeds software development with Azure DevOps’ Promoted from Director, Banking System Delivery (2019) due to success in core banking amalgamation project.

Executive account manager for 17 Canadian credit unions (including 4 of the top 10 credit unions in Canada). Provided management consulting for software development, data centre, cybersecurity, digital transformation, architecture, and robotic process automation.Facilitated analysis and research for pricing, capability, and responses for Request for Proposals (RFP) related to data centre services, cyber security, regulatory changes, application development, data conversions, and process automation.

Oversaw a team of application and implementation business analysts and programmers for the RFS banking application and associated peripheral software. Specialized in banking software development and support for Credit Unions, Banks and Trust Companies.My specialty is on the Business side however I manage Programmers, Technical Writers and Business Analysts.Key responsibilities include the scoping and estimation of conversion and implementation work. I would also take the lead on responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and then resource the teams once successful in being awarded the work.
