2018年3月入职浙东区域（现为浙江区域）碧桂园【滨江悦项目】，自项目拆迁阶段开始工作，在工程经理的领导下，主要负责项目的总体工程策划和实施，工期优化，进度，安全和质量保证，确保碧桂园“高周转”目标实现；同时，作为项目SSGF技术对接人，全面协调对接SSGF的立项，选型，设计，招采，深化和建造。主要业绩：1、台州地区最快工地，开工70天预售2、碧桂园集团体量最大，工艺最复杂的SSGF项目2019年6月调职进入碧桂园京东区域（现为河北区域）【遵化雍华府项目】，自项目摘地阶段开始工作，先后任职工程主管，高级工程主管，晋升至工程经理，全面负责项目的策划，建设，运营，技术等工程部工作；同时对接协调项目的成本，招采，巡检和四新工艺落地。主要业绩：1、区域优秀项目，区域优秀团队奖，区域优秀员工2、碧桂园区域巡检质量安全双第一3、河北省结构优质工程，环保绿牌项目，区域标杆项目，区域质量，安全，成本管理等多项奖项
