I worked on several impactful projects, including conducting a comprehensive Year-End Performance Analysis to evaluate annual metrics and an Engagement-Performance Analysis to understand the relationship between employee engagement and performance. Additionally, I provided insights through Saratoga Benchmarking, comparing key HR metrics against industry standards, and developed Executive-Level HR Dashboards to present critical data for strategic decision-making at the leadership level.

I conducted data analysis by leveraging diverse data sources to generate actionable insights for the Head of HR Programs and Chief HR Officer. These analyses covered areas such as HR efficiency, Goal Cascading analysis, and Gaps & Overlap Analysis. Additionally, I oversaw all facets of cross-functional projects, notably the HR Re-stack in NY/NJ, to ensure the attainment of strategic objectives and business outcomes. Furthermore, I was responsible for organizing and delivering a monthly Human Capital update to the Chief Human Resources Officer, which was also shared with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team.

In this role, I spearheaded cross-functional projects in Talent Management, including initiatives like Zero-Based Budget Planning, SharePoint migration, and Demand Management tool enhancement and reconfiguration. I designed a Demand Management tool that effectively assessed the global resource allocation within the division, offering solutions for project prioritization and continuous improvements while providing ongoing user support. Additionally, I utilized the collaborative tool ThinkTank to collect feedback and insights from AIG Leadership Development Program participants, which I summarized for the Chief Learning Officer. Furthermore, I conducted budget analyses, monitored fiscal targets, tracked accruals, and reconciled vendor and T&E spending for the Talent Management Leadership team.

As a HR generalist, I was responsible for operational reporting, maintaining our confidential personnel, and payroll in the HRIS (ADP). Furthermore, I lead the onboarding process starting from offer generation to orientation, to benefits enrollment, and ensure all their questions are answered. Finally, I support Director of Human Resources in our renewal process of insurance policies, this includes preparing employee necessary reports/statistic needed for the renewal and negotiation process.

As a team member, I was involved in the screening and identifying top candidates for the NFL Junior Rotation program. Once candidates has been identified, I coordinated the interviews with the interviewers from various NFL locations. I provided tips/ assessment materials for the interviewers to ensure they have questions and complying with employment laws.

I worked closely with the Office of Teacher Recruitment and School Networks to hire the best and most qualified teachers for the NYC Department of Education. This included full cycle recruitment from attending Department of Education Job Fairs, scheduling interviews and working with school principal and their personnel committees to fill their staffing needs.
