Investigating and monitoring cases of anti-social behaviour, nuisance and tenancy breaches, ensuring our customers are safeguarded, ensuring the welfare of children and vulnerable adults, updating and managing cases in line with our ASB policy on our inhouse Customer Relations Management System, covering duty, attending multi-agency meetings and building effective working relationships, working closely with our Income and Community Safety Teams, providing support services to customers, attending Love Your Neighbourhood and Boost 4 Youth events.
