Under the general guidance of top management (CEO) I develop, organize and coordinate the personnel function of the Recruiting Process. Establish and administer all company personnel policies and procedures as well as Employee benefits. Provide interpretation, guidance and assistance to all operating managers of the company in their implementation of personnel policy. Responsibilities include full-life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions for Government and Commercial agencies. Ability to work with all levels of candidates, employees and management. Responsibilities in the day-to-day activities of the staffing process to include sourcing candidate resumes, qualifying and pre-screening candidates, coordinating interviews, processing of employment offers, follow-up and closing of offers with candidates. Interfacing with the Program Manager to help them understand hiring procedures and partnering with them to develop detailed job descriptions and to post positions to successfully attract and hire qualified candidates. Conducting direct resume sourcing efforts to include internal database searches, external internet searches, placing ads, posting to external internet job boards, attending job fairs / open houses. Managing the entire recruiting life cycle of recruitment include maintaining requisition and candidate tracking activities utilizing the Fleet ware applicant tracking system. Maintaining job requisition/applicant files according to company policies. Monitoring of all assigned requisitions by generating weekly reports and providing status reports to management. Ability to work independently with minimal direction and support team members when necessary.Strong organizational & communication (verbal & written) skills necessary with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
