As the Chief Technology Officer of AlignMark and Global Talent Metics, I'm responsible for overseeing technology and R&D. I have extensive experience in complex software development, designing and managing enterprise software that delivers tangible customer results. My experience includes innovate work with online recruitment, online assessment, e-learning, and Rich Internet Application technologies. Our team continues to be on the leading edge of applying new technologies to HR processes and procedures. Prior to joining Alignmark in 2001, I served as a senior software developer for Tianyuan Inc., a MIS provider in China. I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Sun Yat-Sen University and a Masters of Management Science degree from the University of Waterloo.
