Acting as the head of the Forming tools business unite, take the fully responsibility of the whole forming tools business in Balzers China, managing all the activities e.g. business expanding, sales, production, applications and technical support etc. Lead the Forming Tools BU achieved 24% business increasing in 2012, 56% in 2013 and 30% in 2014. Established an efficient and professional forming tools team including 7 sales, 1 project manager, 1 applications manager and 4 production engineers. Build up the long term cooperation relationship with many famous car manufactures like Benz, BMW, VW/Audi, Volvo, Jaguar/Land Rover, Ford, GM, SGMW, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, Great Wall, FAW, Dongfeng and so on; also with many tier one suppliers and die makers like Allgaier, Benteler, Magna (Cosma), Gestamp, TQM, EVA, Unipress, G-Max, WIA, Sungwoo, Push, CFIC and so on. Be familiar with the car body stamping process, dies and relevant technologies.

Fully in charge of the business development, the strategy of the company development and the factory daily operation include budget, design, engineering and process control, planning, project follow up, quality control, supplier chain management and so on. Leading a tooling team which is more than 40 peoples include program engineers, mechanical design and tooling design engineers, quality engineers, tool makers and machining operators. Develop and build up the long term relationship with many famous multinational clients for example Schneider Electrics, Delphi R&D center, Phoenix Contact, Alcan Packaging and Intercos Cosmetic and so on.

Hired, expanded and trained the mechanical engineering team and increased it from 8 engineers to more than 30 engineers, the project development capacity from only 1 to 2 projects to more than 10 projects per year. Set up a core team of mechanical project managers and lead them to develop multi-projects for the different series of mobile products from the high end to the low end for the different markets.

Lead the mechanical project team developed three series of the mobile phone products which were: OT311, OT312 and OT511. OT311 was the mobile phone with the lowest SAR on the world.Co-operate with the project team members from different functional team for example the Industrial Designer, Hardware engineers, Quality engineer, Purchaser, Process engineer and Suppliers and so on in different developing stage, review with them to control each project mile stone from the very beginning of NPI until the mass production.Win the Best Employee Award of year 2002 due to my excellent performance.

More than 4 years oversea working experience in Singapore. Designed more than 200 sets of injection molds in range of Printers, Scanners, Mobile Phones, Computers, CD & DVD players products and so on for HP, MOTOROLA, Apple, Philips, and SONY and so on which are the most world famous multinational companies.
