Responsible for top line and bottom line of all products in the Sports & Toys category, an approximately 150crbusiness spread across 350+ retail stores across India. Conduct all buying, inventory planning & promotional activities for all products that I oversee, to achieve key targets interms of sales, margin and inventory. Perform product research & benchmarking (online & offline) for new product introduction & suitable price pointsfinalization. Manage all vendors liaising with regard to scouting new vendors, sampling, product & packaging finalization, costing andpayments. Responsible for inventory planning - placing purchase orders, delivery phasing, liquidation & promotion planning, the KPIhere being maintaining optimal inventory days of cover. Regularly monitor store wise requirement to identify stock gaps and requirement of additional OTB; coordinate regularlywith vendors, demand planning and allocation teams to fulfill all store requirements. Review and analyze product performance for identification of best sellers and slow movers and take appropriate action

 Responsible for inventory planning for Allen Solly-Trade channel, which is the largest contributor in terms of overall revenue of the brand. Responsible for Trade orders analysis and execution with orders coming from a network of around 1000 customers (small and large MBOs and EBOs) across India. Collaborate closely with Sales team to understand seasonality, sales trends and variations with respect to different regions and use available stock information to design sales plans, which will improve the overall sales figures. Track sales plans versus actuals; planning & implementing techniques to boost order booking. Coordinate with various stakeholders across countrywide supply-chain network proactively to ensure timely order execution and billing. Manage customer requests /issues on a daily basis to provide clarity on order processing and ensure order fulfilment. Provide analytical support to Sales head-Trade channel using attribute based analysis to develop a bottom up sales plan Actively involved in End of season Sales planning
